OLDER CHIHUAHUA'S NEED PERMANENT HOME in Syracuse, New York

I am desperately seeking a forever home for 2 older chihuahua's.
I had a beautiful home lined up but the person had a severe medical emergency.
They are tea cup and very small. They have been neglected and need lots of love and rehabilitation.
My mom whom passed away would not train them nor allow me to take them from her, when she knew she was not able to care for them properly.
They are mother daughter. Mom is 8 and daughter is 4. If you are considering splitting them up then do not even think about emailing me.
They have only had each other forever and I will not even consider that.
I will also drive them to your home to see where they will possibly live and references and vet references are required. Not optional, no other pets. they are tiny, fragile and do not get along with other animals. That is the only reason I cant keep them. They love adults but do not get along with children, typical.
